Your personal information is protected and will be not shared with any parties outside of Thames Living and their team.

You will be charged a reservation fee of £10,000 – this is a holding fee to be deducted from full payment once homes are available to buy.

Conditions relating to this reservation:
1. In return for the buyer paying the reservation fee, Thames Living agrees to reserve the property at the purchase price until the reservation expiry date, being 30 days after the official launch.

2. The reservation deposit will be deducted as part payment of the deposit due on execution of the Sales Contract (deposit of the sales contract is 20% of the purchase price).

3. The buyer has the right to cancel the reservation at any time and the reservation fee is refundable minus the administrative cost.

4. Thames Living undertakes not to pass to any third parties any personal information in respect of the Buyer (save with the express written consent of the Buyer).

5. Where the Buyer shall comprise more than one person, then the expression "the Buyer" shall be deemed to refer to each such person individually and all of them collectively.
